Amazing employees and relaxed environment

All employees were very nice and kind. Hotel is not crowded at all and all facilities are easily accessible. Food was delicious. Only problem was with mosquitos, besides that everything was great

All in all very good Hotel. Staff is the best. Especially Dinner Main Course but whole dinner and lunch is not varying as much as it has to be at a 5 Star resort.

It is a must!

So everything here is top notch. The service and the staff are amazing, the pool villa is a pleasure, the food allthough not that diverse had a good quality and taste. So for an all-inclusive experience it is 5 stars. Not what you would expect but better.

Gute Lage sehr schöne Anlage. Die Bestellung für das In-Room Dining über den angegeben QR Code hat leider nicht funktioniert. Als wir nach 1 Stunde uns über unsere Bestellung telefonisch informieren wollten war die Mitarbeiterin sehr unfreundlich. Danach kam das Essen aber schnell.

Odamız çok temiz ve konforluydu. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği gayet fazla. Akşam yemeğini otelde tercih edenler için akşam yemekleri çok lezzetli. Çalışanlar çok kibar. Her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. Otelin tek dezavantajı plajının çocuklu aileler için uygun olmaması. Denizi taşlı kıyıda oynamaya hiç uygun değil. Başka kumlu plajlar tercih edilebilir. Potos merkeze yürüme mesafesinde akşamları çıkıp etrafı gezmek için otelin konumu güzel.

Le nom suite junior suite ne correspond pas à la réalité. Photo montrée est la chambre la plus grande. Chambre petite, canapé/lit seulement un fauteuil inconfortable pour enfant maxi 8 ans. Climatisation fonctionnant très mal, ne refroidissant pas la chambre. Coffre fort au sol!!! Pas de Kleenex, verre pour les brosse à dents, lit mal fait, thé lipton . Une paire de pantoufles pour 3 personnes!! Salle de bain sans extracteur obligeant d’ouvrir un petite fenêtre donnant dans le couloir de circulation. Personnel jeune non formé, le pire piscine fermée à 18h00 raison pas de Life guard qui passe son temps au bar buvant des cafés. Petit déjeuner, cuisinier ne sachant pas cuire une simple omelette. Snack bar fermant à 18h00, arrivé à 17h25 indique qu’il vont fermé et ne servent plus!! Jardinier nettoyant les espaces verts sans nettoyer . Entretien piscine en laissant les outils. : bref pour ne pas être long hôtel 5 étoiles, ne mérite que 2. Coût pour une nuit 315 euros!!!!
