The beautiful sandy beach can be reached on foot in just 10 minutes, the inviting town centre and the picturesque marina in just under 15 minutes. Despite the proximity to these tourist attractions, the location is very quiet, so that your sleep will not be disturbed by the tourist hustle and bustle in Moraira. THE APARTMENT The holiday flat consists of 2 residential units on the garden floor of a villa. In the first unit there is a double bedroom, a shower room with WC, a living room and a kitchen with dining area for 6 people. Directly adjacent to this main living unit is the second living unit with 2 further double bedrooms and another shower room with WC. This means that up to 6 people can sleep in very comfortable beds and share all the amenities listed below. LIVING AREA, KITCHEN, DINING AREA In the first accommodation unit there is a small, cosy living room with Smart TV and air conditioning. The eat-in kitchen is modern and fully equipped with an oven, 4-ring ceramic hob, large fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster as well as plenty of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. A bright, nice dining table with comfortable chairs invites you to eat. Up to six people can be seated here. Both the living and dining areas are equipped with air conditioning. SLEEPING AREAS AND BATHROOMS In the first accommodation unit there is a double bedroom with built-in wardrobe, 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm) and air conditioning. There is a shower room with WC. The second accommodation unit has 2 bedrooms with double beds (150 x 190 cm and 160 x 200 cm), equipped with powerful fans and 1 further shower room with WC. TERRACE, GARDEN, From the living room and the eat-in kitchen you can access the large covered terrace with a big granite dining table for up to 6 people. The Mediterranean, secluded garden with plenty of space for sun loungers is available for your exclusive use. The garden has its own barbecue area, which can also be used as an outdoor kitchen. SWIMMING POOL There is a large shared swimming pool with a shower on the intermediate terrace, which is also used by the owner. INTERNET, CAR PARK, WASHING MACHINE Powerful and fast WiFi thanks to fibre optic connection, 1 lockable private parking space and a separate room for the washing machine complete the offer. ADDITIONAL COSTS There is a large shared swimming pool with a shower on the large intermediate terrace, which is also used by the owner. Rather than charging a high flat rate for the electricity costs of the air conditioning and other electrical appliances, we only charge you for the electricity you actually use during your stay at the standard rate of 35 cents per kWh. We had a small front garden with loungers and the beautiful pool area to ourselves. Perfect location with about a 15 minute stroll into Moraira, the supermarkets and the beach. Beate, the landlady, was always available if we had any questions or requests. She gave us very good tips for the area. Sollte einem etwas fehlen zum Ferienglück, versucht sie dies, soweit es ihr möglich ist, zur Verfügung zu stellen. Das Auto durften wir in der abschließbaren Einfahrt parken. Wir hatten einen kleinen Vorgarten mit Liegen und den Pool alleine. Ca. 10 Gehminuten bis nach Moraira und bis zum nächsten Supermarkt. La planta baja dispone de 3 habitaciones ( de matrimonio) , con un comedor / cocina muy practico y cómodo , y un salón con sofá ( para ver la televisión… nosotros no vimos la tele , de lo mucho k disfrutamos la piscina ) y dos baños ( ambos con ducha). Con buena UBICACIÓN en Moraira , pudiendo acceder a playas de l’ Ampolla y Cala de les Platgetes en unos 15 minutos caminando . Moraira es un bonito pueblo costero de Alicante , con puerto , con un castillo al lado de la playa y con mucho ambiente turístico , y con buenos restaurantes. Aprovecho para dar las GRACIAS a Beate por su disponibilidad y amabilidad ( en resolvernos cualquier duda ) y también a Vicente ( que fue quien nos facilitó las llaves y nos ayudó con las dudas del alojamiento ; además de traernos unos tomates espectaculares y uva de moscatel de su finca ). Así pues si quieres pasar unas FANTÁSTICAS VACACIONES, aquí estarás GENIAL . Además muy cerca de Jávea , Altea , Guadalest y a una hora de la ciudad de Alicante . Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Auch Frau Gillia war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten leider 3 Tage sehr schlechtes Wetter. Wie haben gerade die Tage erwischt wo der Sturm über Spanien wütende. Frau Gillia war sehr bemüht uns trotzdem den Aufenthalt bei ihr so schön wie möglich zu gestalten. Oct 15, 2016 #### Schöner Pool, saubere Wohnung, nette Vermieterin Mein Mann und ich verbrachten im September 2016 insgesamt12 Tage in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und war gut ausgestattet. Der große Pool und der Garten waren traumhaft und luden zum Relaxen ein. Zum Strand und in die City waren es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Ein schönes Appartment und die Lage is toll. Nach Moraira ca. 10 minuten laufen. Viel Privacy, auch in den Garten. Die Vermieterin ist nett und gibt den Mieter viel Ruhe und Privacy. Moraira est familliale mais vivant avec ses petits restaurants, sa plage , quand nous sommes arrivés c'était la fête des Maures et Chrétiens c'etait super. May 8, 2014 #### Traumhafte Ferienwohnung in toller Umgebung Wir haben an Ostern acht Tage in dieser gemütlichen, geschmackvollen und sehr sauberen Wohnung verbracht. Die Bilder und Beschreibung der Ferienwohnung geben die Wirklichkeit sehr gut wieder. Der Garten ist traumhaft und schön abgeschirmt nach außen. Auch wenn wir wetterbedingt meist in der Wohnung aßen, hatten wir immer einen schönen Ausblick auf den Garten. Da sowohl der Autostellplatz als auch der Gartenbereich abschließbar sind, fühlten wir uns sehr geborgen. Ursprünglich hatten wir die Wohnung nur für drei Personen gemietet, konnten aber für unsere erwachsene Tochter kurzfristig noch den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung zubuchen. So waren wir für einige Tage zu viert, aber wir hatten nicht das Gefühl, beengt zu wohnen, weil wir uns gut abgesprochen und viele Tagesausflüge gemacht haben. Moraira wirkt sehr gepflegt und man kann gut zu Fuß die wichtigsten Sachen besorgen. Für die Suche nach Einkaufsmärkten, Veranstaltungen etc. war der WLAN-Anschluss in der Wohnung hilfreich. Für unsere Ausflüge nach Alicante, Valencia, Villajoyosa und Guadalest (alle sehr sehenswert) haben wir die Route jeweils vorher aufgeschrieben, da unser Navi unterwegs öfters keinen Satellitenempfang hatte. Wir danken der sehr netten und entgegenkommenden Besitzerin für den schönen Aufenthalt und empfehlen die Ferienwohnung gerne weiter. ##### Alexandra A. Oct 16, 2013 #### Schöne Ferienwohnung Wir haben Ende September fast zwei Wochen in der schönen und ruhigen Ferienwohnung in der Casa Sabatera verbracht. Alle Angaben zur Wohnung und Umgebung waren absolut korrekt,alles war sauber und gepflegt. Den schönen Pool und den Garten haben wir bei super Wetter sehr genossen, wir haben uns von Anfang an in dem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett,freundlich und wenn nötig hilfsbereit ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Uns persönlich hat die Nähe zur Stadt Moraira mit den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr gut gefallen. Das Auto war auf dem abschließbaren Abstellplatz bestens versorgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder,können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. ##### Reinhard L. La location correspond en tous points à la description, très propre, nouveau frigo, fonctionnel, confortable avec les chaises longues, coussins et essuies fournis. L'accès à la superbe piscine, parfaitement entretenue, est sans restriction. La propriétaire est très sympathique, prévenante et discrète. Nous sommes persuadés qu'elle attendait que nous ouvrions nos volets pour ouvrir les siens afin de ne pas nous réveiller. Et une bouteille d'eau fraîche nous attendait à l'arrivée. Quartier très calme et sécurité absolue avec parking privatif fermé. La ville de Moraira est très vivante mais avec une ambiance familiale.
