The two bedroom, two bathroom, 900 square-foot condo features a primary bedroom with a king bed, and a second bedroom with two twin beds which can be converted to a king upon request. In the living area, the home features a pullout couch to sleep extra guests. Take advantage of the unit's updated furnishings, open floor plan, cozy fireplace and prime location. Guests of this home enjoy complimentary access to the exclusive Sundance Swim and Tennis Club. Located just moments away from your retreat, Sundance features two outdoor hot tubs, a heated pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, as well as changing rooms and an outdoor grill. Whether you're seeking a relaxing soak beneath the mountain sky or looking to engage in some friendly competition on the courts, Sundance offers the perfect setting. One parking spot in the covered White Ridge parking garage is available for guests. Garage clearance is 76”. There are a few spots outside if the garage clearance is too low. There are lots of great places to eat and just hang out.
