Every single interaction with a team member was perfection. Excellence personified! Room had amazing views of the tarmac and yes the rooms are sound proof. Facility was medium okay, I did not get an explanation of why there was an extra $20 deposit refundable, supposed to be refunded to our credit cards. Believe me, I will make sure that is done when I get a new statement. What was that for? A lot of people will not check to see if it is refunded.
