The villa and all the furnishings are totally new. The highlights are the large garden with lawn (500 sq m) and the 10x4 m electrolysis pool with diving board and gaiser to create whirlpool effect. Modern and elegant garden furniture (deck chairs, table and chairs), comfortable outdoor bathroom with hot water shower, outdoor kitchen with bar corner and functional barbecue for unforgettable outdoor lunches and dinners, large covered veranda with 42'' TV, Playstation 4, children's games (slide, basketball hoop, etc.), table soccer and ping pong table for fun summer games! In the garden children's play area with slide. Inside, the villa is on two levels. On the ground floor are the living room with double sofa bed, 42'' TV, Hi-Fi system and printer, the brand new equipped kitchen (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, 4 burner stove, oven, 2 refrigerators, 1 water dispenser, dishwasher), a double bedroom with safe and a triple bedroom (two single beds can be joined into a double bed), a bathroom with shower. On the second floor there is a double bedroom and another bathroom with shower, access to the large terrace with exposed wooden beams of about 150 sq. m. furnished with parasol and chaise longue. All rooms have air conditioning and access to free unlimited wifi. The villa has a laundry room and a parking area for 2 cars. Baby crib, children's deckchair available upon request. Tourist tax due at check in: €1.50 per person per day Monthly rate from December to March. For monthly stay consumption has to be paid a forfait €500 per month. Terrasini is a very lively town that organises shows, events and festivals every year in summer to entertain tourists. It is a locality renowned for its splendid, very clean sea, mainly with access from the rocks. Beach lovers can reach the famous 'Magaggiari' that is very popular with sea lovers. In Terrasini there are shops such as pharmacies, supermarkets, bars, tobacconists, etc. The beautiful beach of 'Cala Rossa' is only a 10-minute drive away. We completely enjoyed ourselves. The property is everything that the photos and description promise. The property was immaculate and the kitchen, pool, sleeping rooms, bathrooms and overall relaxing space was very well done. It is a very outdoor-oriented villa, meaning that lounging around the pool and on the lawn is a key to fully appreciating the property. We had a car (essential for this location). We spent time exploring both the general Palermo area and surrounding areas such as Mondello beach, Monreale, Trappetto, Segesta and Trapani. The location is an easy 25 drive into the Palermo area. The motorways and roads in the area made the driving easy. The villa is 5 minutes outside of the town of Terrasini. That town is a genuine Sicilian seaside town. Don’t miss the local museum. We dined several nights in Terrasini and the nearby Cinisi. All excellent experiences. The very best part of our experience was our host, Rosario. He clearly takes great pride in his villa and in treating his guest with sincere warmth and care. He was generous in the extra touches and left plenty of information on local sights and day trips. From the moment we arrived, Rosario, our host, made us feel incredibly welcome and ensured everything was perfect throughout our visit. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality added a special touch to our experience. The Villa itself is beautifully designed, with a thoughtful layout that maximises comfort and relaxation. The outdoor space is particularly impressive, providing ample shade during the day while still offering plenty of spots to soak up the sun. The pool is a highlight, with a deep section ideal for diving and gets the sun throughout the day, making it perfect for cooling off or simply lounging poolside. Inside, the bedrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor and are equipped with excellent air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep even in the warmer months. The master suite upstairs is a true gem, featuring a spacious terrace that offers stunning views and a private escape. One of the most breathtaking aspects of Villa Valentino is its setting. The backdrop of the mountains adds an incredible sense of tranquility and natural beauty to the experience. While the Villa is a bit removed from the nearest town (about a 10-minute drive), this also means it's wonderfully peaceful. A car is necessary, but there's convenient off-road parking available. From our arrival until departure he did everything to make this holiday very special. The house is beautiful, we spent most of the time outside on the large and wonderful terrace and the lovely pool. The kids loved the pool, table tennis and soccer and the restaurants in Terrasini were absolutedly great. Beaches were rather full but it was Ferragosta, if you look for a nice and not so crowdy beach Lido Greg is a good choice. Super Betreuung durch unseren herzlichen Gastgeber Rosario, der jederzeit für uns erreichbar war und mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Die Villa ist einfach nur traumhaft, genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Außenbereich, Pool, Rasen wird Top gepflegt. Ausstattung auch perfekt, es ist alles da was man braucht, bestens durchdacht. Mit dem Auto braucht man 10 Minuten zum nächsten Ort, dort gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einen Strand, ein Auto sollte man schon haben, dann ist alles perfekt. Rosario der Gastgeber hat einen ganzen Ordner mit Tips zu Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten erstellt damit man sich sofort gut zurechtfindet in der Umgebung. Die Kommunikation mit Rosario war unkompliziert und freundlich. Vor Ort wurden wir herzlich begrüßt. Vielen Dank für die Begrüßungsgeschenke und den tollen Korb mit den sizilianischen Delikatessen!! Die gesamte Villa ist sehr gepflegt und modern eingerichtet. Es gibt viele tolle Details, die das Leben angenehm machen - uns hat die Eiswürfelmaschine sehr gefallen :-) Besonders der Außenbereich ist super!!!! Des Weiteren liegt eine Mappe mit Tipps für Ausflüge aus und Empfehlungen für Restaurants. Wir haben vieles davon gemacht und hatten immer sehr schöne Tage bzw. waren lecker Essen. Vielen Dank für die Tipps! Vielen Dank auch für das Verpflegungspaket an unserem Abreisetag. So etwas Nettes haben wir vorher noch nirgendwo bekommen. It has everything you need (including kids plates/bowls/cups etc), as well as table football (which the kids loved) table tennis, a football goal, basketball hoop, and more. We were a family of 4 using the villa, but you could easily have 2 families in the space. The outdoor space and pool is lovely so you really don't need to be inside very often and there is also lots of shade, and plenty of loungers etc for however many people are in your party. The property is very secure with a gated driveway, so you do not need to be worried about where the kids are. As a host Rosario is fantastic. We arrived very late, and he had made sure there was a welcome pack that included something we could cook for dinner and milk for kids bedtime, and then he showed up in the morning with fresh pastries as he knew we would have little for breakfast otherwise! There were also presents for the kids and us which were very thoughtful. We didn't particularly need any other assistance but any questions we did have Rosario was incredibly responsive and nothing was too much trouble. We were happy chilling at the villa so didn't really venture out, but had we wanted to there was a very comprehensive guide to the area left for us. There is a bread/pastry van that comes around the area so make sure you have cash (we didn't!) to get fresh things each day. Supermarkets were a 5 min drive so that was easy to get to. Rosario was the perfect host from beginning to end. He was in regular contact with us about check in (and throughout the stay), super accommodating and had a personal touch to everything! He was so kind to the kids and even ordered (delicious) pizza for us when out Italian was failing us. The house is perfect for a family. Lots of space, amazing outdoor rooms and games, our kids have been talking about "Valentino's house" since we left. The pool, the lighting, the ping pong, football net, all of it was perfect for a family. Terrasini is a great central location to explore this part of Sicily. We highly recommend the beach at San Vito Lo Capo! Many great towns nearby as well to visit (Scopello, Erice, etc.). The villa is not walking distance to town, but it is still convenient to many locations and a great jumping off point. It was really perfect! ##### Margit A. He bought our children gifts and showed us around Palermo. You really couldn’t find a better host anywhere. The house was perfect, everything you needed was provided. Rosario was there to welcome us and show us around all of the wonderful amenities of this home. He has thought of EVERYTHING you could need. Es war alles sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr großzügig und reichhaltig ausgestattet. Der Garten ist riesig, topgepflegt und der Pool genial . Die Terrasse ist sehr gemütlich und schattig. Valentino empfing uns sehr, sehr freundlich, erklärte uns alles geduldig, gab uns Informationen zur Umgebung, hatte mehrere Aufmerksamkeiten für uns vorbereitet und war noch dazu äußerst unterhaltsam. Aug 27, 2018 #### Sicilian hospitality at its best Fantastic villa, all you could want and more. The standard was set on arrival with Rosario providing fresh fruit, presents for the kids and beer! The villa was spotless with everything you could need, fabulous pool, table tennis, table football, lovely outdoor living space, fully equipped kitchen and bar and washing machine if needed. A great base to explore Trapani, Selunente, Erice, national parks and Segesta. Terrasini is a lovely little town too with a good selection of restaurants.
