And the credit card machine was not working at the time... Once I got in my room they had no toilet paper, no running water in the sink. The hot tub did not work. The towels had stains. I went to a nearby hotel to ask if they knew where Hotel Monte Agave was and the receiptionist told me that I was not the first person to inquire. She said there is no hotel by that name in the immediate area and calle Limon 50 does not exist. I had 4 local people helping me to find this location, two of them thought it was probably a ranch outside of town. To add more to the challenge, Hotel Monte Agave does not answer their phone but rather they send an Expedia text asking that you send them a WhattsApp message so they can send you directions to their location. I spent betrween 4:30-5:30p in almost 100 degree heat walking around looking for this place,. My phone was not working as it was too hot for the network. Very bad experience.
