- Studio apartment on the second floor nestled in the Colli Euganei hills, in Teolo. Open plan space with double bed, equipped kitchenette, dining table and shower bathroom. Shared garden with table and sun loungers. Fast Wi Fi, TV, free parking. Perfect for a couple.
Large private courtyard for parking. Large garden shared with the other villa guests. The property is divided into four independent apartments. To reach the apartment, enter through the shared entrance and go up to the second floor via the stairwell.
Check in from 4:00 PM, check out by 10:00 AM. Quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No events or parties. All guests must be registered at check in. No smoking indoors. Pets not allowed without prior agreement. Heating and breakfast are paid extras, not included in the rate.
Open plan studio with double bed, equipped kitchenette, dining table and shower bathroom. Shared garden with panoramic table and sun loungers. High speed Wi Fi. The apartment is on the second floor of a villa divided into four independent units, accessible via the shared stairwell.
I recommend exploring the Colli Euganei trails directly from the property ideal for hiking and mountain biking. For a special evening, ask me for the best local restaurants. We produce Pinot Nero wine on the farm: ask for a tasting! Breakfast with local products can be booked the day before.
