Rooms are comfortable and ultra clean. Staff are helpful. easy parking for your car. Situated in the centre of town. The dining room is nice with good options on the menu. What I didn’t like was that we had only just begun our entree when they brought out the main meal. Although the staff apologised it was very inconvenient I couldn't get back to sleep. We also learnt this was not the first time this had happened!!! This hotel is rated at four and a half star but except for the price should only be 3-4 star. Food was very expensive in the restaurant. $43 for a small piece of salmon. Booked the downstairs room (only pet friendly room) nice and spacious, however the guests in the room upstairs could be heard with every footstep thru the entire night. We gave up at 3am and reluctantly started our day. The bed was also super soft with no support. Bodies were in a “V” shape due to sinking into mattress. Staff are really nice. Dinner in restaurant was disappointing. Small serving but I order Beef Checks but was given Osso Bucco with no explanation for the change. Bar staff had very little knowledge on the wine list and my husband had to advise the person on how to use the cork screw.
