The staff at Bannisters always go above & beyond whenever we stay. Most recently a friend and I booked accommodation for our wives to stay for an early Mothers day present. I informed admin staff via email and a wonderful lady at reception by the name of Jessica upgraded rooms for our wives & also left them a complementary bag of chocolates made by a local confectionery business. FABULOUS LOCATION!!! The hotel is located right on the ocean with incredible views! It was one of the most peaceful, tranquil places I have had the opportunity to stay . The hotel is tucked away and very small making it so nice. The staff was very accommodating and lovely throughout our stay plus we enjoyed so much we extended our stay an extra night. We stayed in a suite with incredible views, huge outside deck to whale/dolphin watch with binoculars provided in our room and fabulous large bathroom with separate tub/ walk in shower. The infinity pool is absolutely amazing as it overlooks the ocean. The pool restaurant was really nice and great views! Overall the hotel is wonderful due to its location but it does need updating to the rooms. Also, you are limited to food choices and there is no coffee bar/light breakfast snack for very early morning risers. You are provided a Nespresso machine in your room but it only makes coffee, no lattes/specialty coffee drinks. The restaurant opens for breakfast at 7:30am so you have to wait until that time to get a specialty coffee drink/breakfast. Overall it is a great stay and do try to book in one of the suites with the great outdoor decks !
