Perfect location to get everywhere. Staff are amazing and Shay was an incredible host, willing to assist and give advice. The rooms are a little small but to be expected in TLV. But they are clean, beds are super comfortable and everything you want is available. The coffee machine an added bonus. Most of the front desk personnel was great, except for one. The first 4 nights they put us in a nice room, /after a few days we went back to the hotel, this second time they put us in a less desirable room and we had to ask them several times to make up our room because they neglected to do so for 2 days. The room was nice, but most rooms are. The service was not appropriate to the standard that reflected from the price. We checked in quite late, after midnight, the women at the reception was flirting with her boyfriend over the phone and did not stop before we ask her to. Later, having some problems to turn the light off, we got no reply from the reception. Next morning again no reply from the reception. The hotel promised a 24/7 coffee corner, the coffee machine was out of order.
