"Richard replied to us very quickly when we had any questions. The cabin was immaculate and exactly what we expected. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing stay in the UP. We enjoyed it so much we are planning our return visit. The only drawback was through no fault of Richard but the day after we checked in, route 77 was closed just south of the cabin for construction. This made for a long detour if we wanted to do any sightseeing south of the cabin. We adjusted our itinerary and did more exploring in the northern part of the UP. The trip was still awesome!!"

"Excellent wooded setting! Our family enjoyed using this cabin as a base while we took daily day trips around the UP. The complimentary firewood around the campfire was a nice treat one night. It was great having a full kitchen, as we were able to make breakfast. The bathroom was small but sufficient. The window A/C units were appreciated. We saw a few ants in the home which was not surprising given the setting. The home was well stocked with towels, soap, TP, kitchen utensils, etc."

"Basic clean room. Room lacked a coffee maker, frig or microwave. Bathroom faucet only had cold water. Shower was nice. I was just spending the night, so it was adequate for my purpose. I would stay again."

"You will not go wrong with this beauty! Communication, check in and response from Marianne was seamless! The house is perfect! It was clean, well kept and spacious! The view and waterfront property were absolutely amazing and the sunsets were mesmerizing! We enjoyed the peace and quiet while being about an hour from attractions! This was everything we were looking for and our only regret was not staying longer!"

"Very cute, super clean and comfortable. Everything we needed including the hot tub and nice patio area. Quiet area with privacy, but only a block from downtown area. Pet friendly was a plus! We had a wonderful time! Mary was great and very prompt with messages."
