"Hotel room was fine and comfortable, but the restaurant experience was not smooth. We did not feel welcome at 9:45am and the server was not having a good morning and seemed very distracted and unsure of what she was doing. Perhaps she was new, but having breakfast there did not go well."

"A great location, but the hotel parking is a bit tight if you have a large vehicle. Room was good with a view of the lake. Storage for E-bikes was provided. Breakfast was great, no real complaints at all."

"Very nicely located place with awesome views of lake Rotorua from some of the rooms. Staff were very helpful and I felt really welcome. Special shout out to Jaena who helped guide me to the best spots in the city."
