With 3 cozy bedrooms featuring a queen bed, double bed and a twin over double bunk bed, this cabin comfortably accommodates 5 guests. The open concept living room and kitchen are perfect for spending quality time together. As our valued guests, you\`ll have exclusive access to the breathtaking Grandview Beach, a private oasis in Port McNicoll and only steps from the cottage. Extras Parking for 2-3 cars in the driveway. A BBQ to cook your favourite meals. Access to Grandview Beach is only 30 seconds from the cabin where you will find a nice sandy beach, beautiful water, picnic tables and a children\`s playground. Kitchen Start your day with a peaceful cup of coffee in our bright covered sunroom or out on the deck. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is included, such as a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cookware, cutlery, utensils, and BBQ tools. Nestled in a peaceful and quiet residential/cottage neighbourhood, our cabin provides the perfect retreat for families and couples seeking a relaxing getaway. The neighbourhood is not suited for parties, and we kindly ask our guests to keep the volume to a reasonable level by 10 pm to respect the peace and tranquillity of the area. Enjoy the serenity of the surroundings and make lasting memories with your loved ones. Enjoy the convenience of free parking for up to 3 vehicles in our driveway. The cabin is located in Tay Township which is a 15 minute drive from Midland where you can purchase groceries and visit cafe\`s and restaurants. The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any given time is 5\. Should it be found that there are more than 5 people on the property at any given time, you will be asked to leave with no refund. You will be charged for the extra guests. Absolutely no parties allowed. Out of respect for the neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm - 8 am daily. Pet\`s are not permitted unless discussed with us in advance. The cottage operates on a holding tank. Please consider the environment and use eco-friendly products as much as possible. The water is potable. Payment is due at the time of booking. Confirmed guests will receive a link to our guest portal to sign our rental agreement and view booking details (including payments and receipts). Our cancellation policy is as follows: 100% Refund: For cancellations made 30 days or more before the check-in date. 50% Refund: For cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the check-in date. No Refund: For cancellations made 14 days or fewer before the check-in date. A $500 security hold will be placed on the guest’s credit card 3 days prior to check-in. Our Neighbour (Donna) was amazing, so helpful and pleasant. In regards to improving the experience I'd list two main items; a firepit (burn cage) included with the property would be a big plus! The second item was the BBQ, a bit scary to use with a small amount of fumes detected plus only one burner was lighting and it did not burn very hot.
