The staff were accommodating and incredible. The do not miss a beat and go above and beyond for guests. The island has a Caribbean vibe but feels much safer and the on-site food is excellent.

Was really impressed with this hotel. Staff were all exceptional. The rooms were really clean. Location was also great. The restaurant meal and breakfasts were really good!! The staff went above and beyond to make my partners birthday celebration feel great - with little touches in the room and just general warmth of all the staff. Make sure you rent a car if staying here - not too many local restaurants - but perfect base to explore the island.

Amazing place to stay! Beach was beautiful and easily accessible. Our room felt brand new and so clean. Pool was warm and had a great view. Lighting in room was cozy and intentional. Bathroom was nice. Room felt very private. Staff was so friendly and very helpful.

フロント、食事の場所から部屋は離れているのですが、荷物は運んでいただけますし、その分部屋のプライベート感がよかったです。エコに配慮しているけど十分な設備やアメニティ、目の前はとても静かな海が広がっていて、のんびりとリフレッシュできました。食事もおいしかったですし、マングローブカヌーと金作原のアクティビティに出かけたのですが(ホテルでツアー予約すると送迎ありでそちらもとても良い体験でした)アクティビティ無しでも充分楽しめるまた行きたいホテルです。欲を言えばランドリーがあってありがたいですが、水着のみの脱水機があるとより便利かも。

スタッフの全ての皆さんの心遣いありがとうございました。 空港まで送って頂いた方から、現地の話を聞けて嬉しかったです。 無計画でやってきた私に、とても心地良く対応して頂けました。 清潔でアメニティも良く、良い香りのする、おしゃれな落ち着く部屋でした。 窓から見える景色は海の青とお庭の緑で絵画のよう！お食事も美味しく全て素晴らしい！ 一つ難があるとするなら、部屋やホテルから出たくなくなるので、奄美観光が疎かになります。のんびり過ごしたい方にお勧めです。

客室、スタッフの対応、食事、プライベートビーチへのアクセスなどは申し分ない。またミニバーの値段もビール１缶350円、ハーフボトルのワイン1,500円などリーズナブル。利用しなかったがランドリーもあるので、長期滞在や家族旅行、海に入った後の洗濯ができるのは便利。ロケーションは人里離れているためコンビニなどはない。その分夜は晴れれば満点の星空が楽しめる。

レンタカーのナビを頼りに伺いましたが、到着までの道に案内看板がなく、道に迷いました。夜は街灯もなく真っ暗で道幅も狭いです。 バルコニーの外風呂からの眺めが最高で、とても気持ちよかったです。 お食事も美味しく洗練されています。 洗濯機と乾燥機が無料でした。ちょっとした心使いですが、嬉しかったです。 スタッフの方々の対応も気持ちよく、大満足の旅行になりました。 ありがとうございました。

海に面したヴィラお部屋は清潔で内装の気になる点は壁紙が一部継ぎ目が荒かったので張り替えが必要かと。買ってきた果物を綺麗にカットして持って来てくれたり、洗濯乾燥機は無料で出来るのは助かりました。朝食も美味しかった

口コミの評判通り、湖のように穏やかな海、部屋やプールからのオーシャンビューも素晴らしかったです！美味しい朝食を食べながらみる海も素敵でした！ シュノーケル好きの我が家にとっては、ライフジャケットや、アクアシューズ、浮き輪やゴザまで無料貸出しは、有り難かったです。 倉崎海岸では、沢山の熱帯魚が見られて楽しめました！ 着物好きの私には、大島紬村も近く、泥染め体験に直ぐに行けたのもポイント高いです！ ホテルスタッフ皆さんとっても感じ良く、困った時も直ぐに対応して下さいました。 今回の旅行は、次男が参加出来なかったので、奄美大島に来る時はまた是非、こちらを利用させていただきます！
