The hotel is very comfortable, with modern amenities and many services available. The room was marvelous, with very good beds and a very nice bathroom . Staff are extremely friendly and available to help all the time . Laundry service is very affordable and rapid. Breakfast is varied and delicious with many options to choose from. I deeply recommend this hotel . Very satisfied with it .

We spent one night here after travelling from Bukhara during the day & catching a flight home the following day. For a one night stay the Europe was perfect. Comfy beds in a clean modern bedroom; quiet surroundings; tasty breakfast; helpful & friendly staff. We didn't use the spa facilities or the pool due to lack of time but I'm sure they must be good. Also, at only a 10 minute taxi ride to the airport it was handily placed.

The property is in a great location easily accessible to all the hot spots Shower has really good pressure Great room size Breakfast was moved to another location but not sure why when asked No hair dryer was available in the room but upon inspection one was provided Bidet was not working as expected It was too noisy, can hear people from the reception I was in room 105 and second day started moving furniture

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good and plentiful. The room was modern and comfortable. There is a bar, restaurant and a small enclosed courtyard. We felt safe to leave our window open for fresh air as the window was over the enclosed courtyard.

Perfect stay. Extremely comfortable beds and excellent breakfast quality and selection. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Nice touches around the hotel such as welcoming tea and snacks in reception. Could do with safe in room but apart from that no complaints.

breakfast excellent clean property Asked front desk to arrange guide for day tour of Tashkent, the guy they arranged was not a guide couldn't even speak good english total waste of money/fraudulent. Front dest staff woke us up at 3 am for extra room key we had for our party of 3, because they needed it! totally unacceptable.

I stayed for 3 nights. Everything was wonderful. Very quiet and clean rooms. The staff was very helpful and caring. I did have a chance to use hammam and spa but the guest like it. It's located a not a center of the city and I used taxi (which is affordable). I highly recommend this hotel;!!!

A modern hotel with very good breakfast. The rooms are clean. The staffs are responsive. However, the HVAC is hard to control. Our room was too warm. Our final control was to open the windows to cool the room. We enjoyed the hotel's wonderful spa.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Europe Hotel. It is a wonderful hotel with prices less than half of what the major hotel chains charge. The location of the hotel is safe but not the greatest. However, the location wasn't a problem since the taxis are incredibly cheap.

I loved this hotel so European look. The service was good. I think they can do better with the breakfast…more options. Beautiful terrace where you can have a bite to eat but the food was a bit pricey: overall everyone was polite and nice. Clean and modern hotel would recommend it.

Modern Hotel in Tashkent

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Europe Hotel. The hotel is done to a nice standard and is not too big. It has a pretty good breakfast offering. The hotel is located within walking distance of a number of restaurants. It is an easy location to get to all the key Tashkent attractions via taxi or taxi/metro.

Overall, the hotel is quite nice, but unfortunately it feels like this business is being run without a woman’s perspective or attention to detail. For example, there was no hair conditioner in the room — something I’ve honestly never experienced before in a hotel. When I mentioned it at reception, the staff member didn’t even seem to understand what I meant. We had requested not to have the room cleaned, but later I asked for fresh towels instead. I ended up waiting about an hour and a half and had to call reception three times before they arrived. Another important issue is the shower floor — it becomes extremely slippery when wet. The tile choice for a shower area was clearly not the best. I can only imagine how difficult and unsafe this could be for elderly guests. Other than these issues, everything else was excellent: the room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable.
