Summary:
Situated 5 minutes from the center of Taroudant, surrounded by a landscaped park of 8400 m², very quiet , with a superb 25 meters lagoon pool. Un independent apartment is located at the entrance of the property. Wifi broadband, 6 TV.

The Space:
4 bedrooms including a master suite of 50 m², each equipped with private bathroom and air conditioning. Double living room of 120 sqm, dining room, large kitchen, laundry room. The ceiling height is 4.5 meters. The main rooms open onto a large covered terrace of 150 sqm, main living from home. Large hall in which access by stairs to the solarium terrace with shaded table, barbecue and summer kitchen.

The Neighborhood:
The Atlas mountains are very close, the palmeraie of Tioute, the desert, the sea coast 40-60 mn away

Getting Around:
Hiring a car is recommended. One can also rent motorbikes in Taroudant which is quite nice too.

Other Things to Note:
Two people (included in rent) ensure your comfort. The cook can cook up good tagines and Moroccan specialties, small Moroccan cakes with mint tea. She is paid for 3 times a week. If you want her everyday please specify (30€/extra day).

A gardener takes care of the park and garden, you can enjoy the good fruits and vegetables from the garden (when there are some). You can also request the preparation of good barbecues with such good fresh market fish.

If you like animals, you will be delighted. There are 2 very nice dogs to guard the property. They are good with people and children. There is also a sheep, a donkey keeped in a closed area and some chickens. You will also be able to have some of their eggs in the morning if they want to be generous!

The rental Manager will be able to respond to all your needs (trips, car rentals, musical evenings organisation. etc)
