Die Atmosphäre ist super! Sehr schönes und umfangreiches Frühstück. Leider waren wir während der Pandemie dort so dass wir wirklich die einzigsten Gäste waren. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem alten jedoch modernisierten im Gebäude. Die Lage ist top, mitten im Zentrum. Leider gibt es in dem Hotel kein Zimmer mit einem doppelten Ehe Bett. Es gab keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer, auch nicht auf Anfrage (beim Buchen ist diese Option jedoch aufgelistet), beim duschen wurde das Wasser immer wieder eiskalt, oder verschwand für ein paar Sekunden. Kein Fön im Badezimmer. Auch die Leselampe drehte sich ein paar Mal von alleine ab. Frühstück sehr eintönig, das Service total unaufmerksam, es wurden keine Frühstücksoptionen vorgestellt, erst beim Nachfragen wurden Extras serviert. Die Zimmer sind groß, die Ausstattung ist etwas einfacher (keine Minibar) aber sauber und gut funktionierend (TV, WLAN i.O.). Die Lage ist phantastisch, nur wenige Schritte vom zentralen Marktplatz entfernt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation auch in englisch möglich. Es gibt ein reichhaltiges Frühstück mit typisch polnischen Speisen. Wenn es mal ein Problem gibt, wird freundlich und umgehend geholfen. Die Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr besetzt. Hier kann man auch zu jeder Zeit einige Getränke zu moderaten Preisen kaufen.
