Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. The property was clean and well stocked with all the things you need for cooking. There were a few minor problems with getting into the apartment due to a finicky door lock but the owner and property manager were very responsive and it all worked okay. I would definitely recommend this property. I thought the price was good for the value received and although I believe it was advertised as a one bedroom, it’s really more of a two bedroom unit. Although there is covered parking under the apartment building, it is very tight. I would recommend parking on the street in front of the building as there’s Ample parking in the immediate vicinity.

The property itself is ok, does not face the beach/pool but did have an outside covered area that was good for sitting (except when the AC was on, then there was hot air blowing). Unfortunately we arrived to some electrical issues, including a nonfunctional dishwasher and no AC. These were fixed the next day. The biggest issue for us was ALL THE KEYS! One for the access gate. Another for a different entry door. One for the gate to parking. Another for the stairs to parking. Another for the elevator to parking. One for the apartment. It was hard to keep them all straight as they had no markings or identifiers. And you had to use them going IN & OUT! We also had an issue with the apt door being stuck (and some panic about not being able to get back in!) but the host luckily responded quickly and gave us the hint on how to pull and lift. Overall the host was very responsive but we felt like the apartment was a lot of “work” to manage, with constant challenges/surprises! We also tried the oven but couldn’t make it work, the microwave was absent but replaced at the end of our stay, and the clothes washer gave us error messages that we couldn’t decipher. The host was very responsive but also dismissive about our tribulations. He offered an extra night at no charge but we had to move on, and honestly we were a little grateful to be turning in the massive set of keys and waving goodbye to Tarifa! Pros: nice secure parking (tight garage), good beds, working WiFi, good showers.

Tout pour de bonnes vacances !😃

Après un échange fluide avec Marco le propriétaire, l’agence à Tarifa a su être disponible et à notre écoute… Appartement tout confort , tendance et propre.Parking sous terrain . Superbe piscine , et c’est à pied que l’on peut aller à la plage et en centre-ville . On recommande vivement pour passer de bonnes vacances !

Sauber und alles da was man braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand direkt vor Ort. Sehr gute Betreuung und Informationsweitergabe durch Vermieter und Agentur.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer gößeren Wohnanlage mit Pool. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und neuwertig und wurde mit Liebe zum Detail vorgenommen. Zur Küchenausstattung gehören moderne Geräte, einschließlich Gefrierschrank mit Icemaker. Der Balkon ist verglast, mit Öffnungsmöglichkeit, und somit auch bei windigem Wetter gut nutzbar. Unsere Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ganz hervorragend. Zudem gab uns der Vermieter viele Ausflugstips für Tarifa und die Umgebung. Wir hatten einen rundum schönen und erholsamen Urlaub!

Een mooi appartement, dicht bij het strand en bij een grote Mercadona-supermarkt. Het is een mooi uitgangspunt om de steden o.a. Cadiz, Jerez, zelfs Gilbraltar te bezoeken. De witte stadjes Vejer en Arcos de la Frontera waren de tips van onze verhuurder Marco zijn ook zeker de moeite waard.

Great location, pool, and kitchen

Loved the location. So close to the beach and supermarket. The pool area is fantastic. The unit itself is a little loud. It's closest unit to the entry gate but most everyone was respectful. The kitchen area is small but loaded with everything you need to prepare meals. The supermarkets are great and just a block away. Depending on direction of the wind getting air into the unit may take some dialing in. Loved the windows as they gave a few options for drafts. A couple of fans would have been nice for those really hot still nights. When first booked I had second thoughts about not being in old town but after staying and walking the area I am happy with the choice and would stay again.

Fast perfekt!

Also vorab muss ich zugestehen, dass Marco ein sehr guter Gastgeber ist! Die Wohnung ist nahezu perfekt. Von der Hygiene bis zur Ausstattung alles top. 0,25 Punkte ziehe ich ab weil die Betten ein bisschen zu unbequem waren. Und die anderen 0,75 Punkte Abzug aufgrund der Baustelle nebenan (aber dafür kann der Vermieter nichts). Es war ein bisschen laut und die Aussicht war wegen des Bauschuttes gestört. Aber alles in allem kann ich die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.
