- BEAUTIFUL PENTHOUSE WITH LARGE TERRACE IN THE FIRST LINE OF THE BEACH WITH INCOMPARABLE VIEWS OF THE WHOLE RATE COAST, GIBRALTAR AND MOROCCO STRAIT.

PERFECT FOR A FAMILY OR 2 COUPLES.
SITUATED IN A VERY QUIET AREA ONLY 10 MIN. WALKING FROM THE OLD HELMET AND THE PORT AND LIGHTHOUSE. ALLOWING THE VISITOR TO GO TO THE CENTER WITHOUT HAVING TO USE THE CAR, WHICH IS VERY CONVENIENT ABOVE ALL THROUGH SUMMER MONTHS.
THERE IS A BEAUTIFUL POOL IN THE URBANIZATION, WITH SOCORRISTA ABILITATED BETWEEN MAY AND OCTOBER.
