"フロントスタッフの態度が最悪でした。 一度、事前に予約確認をしているにも関わらず、夕食無しでお伺いしてますとチェックイン時に言われて入金済み、事前確認(この時もメルキュールの不手際は確認する羽目になったにも関わらず)しているのに、夕食無しとは？となりました。 事前確認した際に対応した人は？と聞くと今は不在との事、、、。ちょっとどうなってますか？事前にそちらが寝具の準備、夕食、朝食付きで予約確認が取れましたので、当日お待ちしておりますって言われてたのですが、、、。それで夕食無しとはどう言う事ですか？と聞くと、 少々お待ちくださいと裏に入ってなかなか戻ってこない。戻ってきたら『じゃあ今回は夕食付きでかまいません』とこっちの予約ミスのような言い回しされました。申し訳ございませんもなかなか言わない、チェックインにも時間かかりすぎ、事前確認しているにも関わらずの対応、、ほんとに宿泊する前からすごく嫌な気分になりました。 ..."
