The upstairs level is ground level no stairs and there is no handicap ramp or elevator make sure you ask your host before you get there (I did not ask until the day before, it was late to change, I had to go down the stairs after 3 day I had a knee procedure and cary my 4 years old boy with DS that do not know how to use stairs yet, make sure you arrange or ask before booking.\*the walls are stained but is normal on a cabinHost the best. My only complaints were that the indoor pool was unheated and much too cold, the sauna was malfunctioning and the blinds in one of the bedrooms were damaged and unable to be used to provide any privacy. I would rent from them again. The shuffleboard was a HUGE bonus for us, and we had a lot of fun playing. The house itself was good, but it was definitely not a normal house. There were a lot of steps to the unit, which made unpacking and packing tough. There is no bathroom on the main floor, so stair climbing is necessary. This is where we struggled with our 3-year-old grandchild and a very active 18-month-old grandchild. The beds were comfortable, and the A/C worked great! However, the bedrooms had zero storage for clothes and belongings, which was a challenge. A simple shelf or cabinet, or even hooks in the bathroom or bedroom, would have been appreciated when trying to get organized. The biggest complaint for all adult family members is the lack of shelving in the showers. There was nowhere to put soap or other showering toiletries. ##### Christine P. Only mins walk to the slopes which was fantastic, especially with little ones. Or a 3 min drive to the pickup area. Cabin had a face lift so that was nice. Overall clean and the furniture, including beds, weren’t run down. Great to be able to control heat in every room. The biggest complaints are: kitchen isn’t stocked with much to cook with, dishwasher needs to be bolted down, and it would be nice to have an area to put/hang all the snowboard gear (snowboards, boots, wet clothes, etc). The owners are super responsive. ##### Janice L. Close to slopes, 3 full bathrooms, very clean & comfortable, and the community center was great too! We loved being able to take the dog so he could get plenty of cuddles from the kids when they weren’t skiing! ##### Bradley H. But we made it work. The hosts put up a lovely tree for us for Christmas upon requests and Ann who stays on the property was extremely helpful and communicative as well. Great place, very clean and updated tastefully. It's smaller than the pictures make it look, but plenty of room for a family of 5\. The layout is smart and the shuffleboard was a nice touch!My only suggestions would be to add some toys and games for kids as there was almost nothing there. Also, the kitchen was a bit bare, could use some ice cube trays (none), non-glass kitchenware for kids and more cooking utensils.Great place, highly recommend! ##### Jim M. Although our stay was short, it provided exactly what the family needed. I would like to mention, however, that customers with limited walking mobility should be aware that there are stairs leading down to enter the property and to access the bedrooms, which are located both downstairs and upstairs. The host was exceptionally gracious, promptly addressing any questions we had during our stay. We truly appreciate their attentiveness and support! ##### Kimble T. Had a blast. Enjoyed the shuffleboard. Issues we had: Refrigerator wasn’t cold and neither was freezer. Called on Sunday and owner offered us another unit. Didn’t realize through booking that unit was down a batch or steps. My mother is 86 and that was a lot for her. ##### Lynn H. Loved the layout of the whole location. I was very happy that the cabin had plenty of space, very comfortable beds, everything was very clean. The kitchen has everything you need to good and the grill worked perfectly. The pool is a short walk away about 3 minute walk. Two vehicles can park right at the unit any extra vehicle need to park about 2 minute away. Owner was very responsive and super helpful.
