The person lady delivering room service and hostess at the restaurant is vvery friendly and professional. THe walker track outside the lake is very nice and fresh but no duck catching is permitted. Breakfast was ok but not as good as it is at other Pullman hotels in China. The pool was nice and clean but the locker room to the pool was not that clean. It is kindof near to the train station and INTIME mall. Some of the items typically on room service or in the restaurant were currently out of stock. The toilet malfunctioned while staying here, so maintenence had to fix it. It was a nice stay overall. You'd think after that level of trouble that it took to move that they'd at least upgrade the room, particularly since I was practically the only person in the hotel.
