« We exited within minutes and are seeking full refund; the owner is contesting and billed us for 200 in preexisting damage. Worst rental experience ever. The ‘double bed’ isn’t even a bed or hide-a-bed, but a wide fold-apart foam chair. No sheets provided. Nasty stains on carpet. 2 of the 4 dining chairs had rear legs bent until sitting normally was a tip-backwards risk. A multitude of other defects, but the bed being unusable by an adult was the deal-breaker. »

« This is a great apartment. Very comfortable, very well appointed. It has everything you could need. The building is old but very clean, tidy and secure. The location is great for San Jose being located next to the heart of the city at San Pedro Square. Loads of bars and restaurants right next door.
