A short stroll to Davis Beach on Payette Lake and a few minutes farther to Ponderosa State Park where guests can hike, bike, and boat during the summer and Nordic ski and snowshoe during the winter. Ten minutes from backcountry access into the beautiful Payette National Forest and five minutes to Little Payette Lake for trout fishing. The property is just over a mile from downtown McCall and Legacy Park, public beach, marina, and boat launch and is just across the road from the Golden Glove Fairway Park and playground. Relax in an air conditioned, spacious living room with propane fireplace and rugged rock hearth. All stainless steel appliances with granite countertops and plenty of prep space and a dedicated dining area as well as counter seating. Living, kitchen, and dining area are located downstairs as well as a guest bath. Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms - the master suite has a king bed and attached bathroom with shower. There is a queen guest bedroom and a bunk room with a twin over full bunk bed. The upstairs hall access bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Other condos in town will find it difficult to hold a candle to this one for comfort, location, and convenience - let Mountain Therapy be the foundation for your McCall memories. Immaculately clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable. The condo is within walking distance of Ponderosa State Park and shopping in McCall. The only thing that would have improved the condo is if there were more outdoor space, but it’s a small thing when you’re so close to everything else. The place was great! Well stocked in the kitchen with all the things I didn’t think of until we got there. The remotes and figuring out the main tv was difficult, but we don’t have cable so the issue was more likely on my end. We couldn’t get the remote to work so we could login to our own Netflix account and we didn’t think to bring kid friendly DVDs for the DVD player. The trip was a low-key stay-in type trip for us, so those things didn’t ruin it, just a challenge I wasn’t expecting. The only other thing I totally missed and wasn’t clear on, was that this was a condo! Originally we had 5 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs coming, it woulda felt a little squishy had we all come.
