A short stroll to Davis Beach on Payette Lake and a few minutes farther to Ponderosa State Park where guests can hike, bike, and boat during the summer and Nordic ski and snowshoe during the winter. Ten minutes from backcountry access into the beautiful Payette National Forest and five minutes to Little Payette Lake for trout fishing. The property is just over a mile from downtown McCall and Legacy Park, public beach, marina, and boat launch and is just across the road from the Golden Glove Fairway Park and playground. Relax in an air conditioned, spacious living room with propane fireplace and rugged rock hearth. All stainless steel appliances with granite countertops and plenty of prep space and a dedicated dining area as well as counter seating. Living, kitchen, and dining area are located downstairs as well as a guest bath. Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms - the master suite has a king bed and attached bathroom with shower. There is a queen guest bedroom and a bunk room with a twin over full bunk bed. The upstairs hall access bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Other condos in town will find it difficult to hold a candle to this one for comfort, location, and convenience - let Mountain Therapy be the foundation for your McCall memories. The pet fee is $25 per pet per night of the reservation. For pet approval and detailed guidelines, please contact DoneRight Management. This home has a two night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3 or 4 night stay. Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space. All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival. Check in is any time after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM. The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period. This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety. All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking. The only thing that would have improved the condo is if there were more outdoor space, but it’s a small thing when you’re so close to everything else. Well stocked in the kitchen with all the things I didn’t think of until we got there. The remotes and figuring out the main tv was difficult, but we don’t have cable so the issue was more likely on my end. We couldn’t get the remote to work so we could login to our own Netflix account and we didn’t think to bring kid friendly DVDs for the DVD player. The trip was a low-key stay-in type trip for us, so those things didn’t ruin it, just a challenge I wasn’t expecting. The only other thing I totally missed and wasn’t clear on, was that this was a condo! Originally we had 5 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs coming, it woulda felt a little squishy had we all come. But things changed last minute and it was just 2 adults, 2 kids and a dog so the space was perfect. The games were great! Location was great! Overall, our stay was wonderful. ##### Savannah W. The bunk beds were a hit with the kiddos. It's between the marina and Ponderosa State park so both are just a short walk or bike ride away.
