"Good: Clean modern hotel. Nice large room. Chic sink & bath. Wonderful location. Great staff. Not so good: Room has no place to hang towels. The ceiling smoke & fire alarms glowing right above the bed need to be addressed."

"Clean and quiet hotel not too far away from the main train station. We travelled as a group so we got to see western and traditional style rooms. We stayed in a western style room and found it comfortable. Our other party stayed in a traditional style room and enjoyed their stay too. Breakfast buffet is cheap and has a good selection of traditional and western options"

"The location is perfect, right beside the bus stop from airport and opposite to the shopping area, also walking distance to JR station. The little drawback was the air conditioning is too hot. Cannot sleep well."

"Everything was tip top! I arrived before check in and the front desk stored my bag; there was a quiet workspace just across from the reception. Breakfast was at a Japanese restaurant next to the hotel; they offered a full compliment of dishes: Japanese omelette, fish, sautéd vegetables, rice and meat choices, and excellent coffee, too. There was a public bath on floor 9 with an advisory that some bath times may be busy. In my room, everything worked from the heat, to the lights to the electrical outlets. It was a single room, on the small size, but I has adequate room to move about with my suitcase open. The front desk was most accommodating. High marks for this hotel, which is situated next to the iconic Clement Takamatsu, but has its own charm. I stayed three nights and would happily return. K Zurich Fung "
