I went to reception with my luggage and informed that I want to leave the hotel. At that point the upgrade was discounted. With that I reluctantly stayed in the hotel. The reception people were like robots. They were trained more to follow the hotel commands and control instead of listening to customer. WIFI was also not working the first day amidst 2 reminders. The next day it worked after another reminder. There were small flies on the fruits displayed for breakfast. I found a lot of crockroaches in my 2 rooms. The bathroom curtain have stain and the sink also have stain. GM of the hotel should check your housekeeping department. For breakfast buffet, i would like to complaint on the food. I dont mind that u didnt served a variety of food but make sure the food that you serve is in a good quality. I found the roti canai is so hard to eat. I hope in the future I can Book (Walk in) without breakfast. 2. The room clean except carpet. Hotel management need to remove the old carpet and put the new carpet because the carpet look old and dirty (colour of the carpet - dark brown). 3. The wall painting also look dirty - need new paint. 4. The cleaner should not clean the room if customer did not put sign (please clean the room). 5. The breakfast - the quality of the food average. Back old days, the food was so delicious.
