Tacoma Dome Tours and Activities

Give yourself plenty of time when going to any events at the Dome. Very disorganized and it didn't appear traffic police were directing traffic near the Dome. It took 2 hours for the Uber to get there (and we were staying 10-12 min away from Dome and left the hotel at 5:30pm with the concert starting at 7:00pm) and we had to get out 2 blocks away from the Dome. Pre-plan if you have elderly or physically disabled people with you as this was my case and it was quite difficult. Traffic is heavy around there constantly and I heard there has been construction around there for a few years. However I will say that the Dome staff were extremely helpful and kind with accommodating a wheelchair etc.

was easy to find. good food just blocks away.

Short walk to and from the free tram to the Dome

If attending an event, park 3-4 blocks south and a couple of blocks west. Free street parking vs. $40 event parking.

We were to attend a concert here, but was cancelled because of weather. Not necessarily Domes problem, more the weather and how the state deals with snow fall.
