We spent four nights in a Superior Triple Room, all-inclusive, and had an incredible time. The resort is vast, the food is incredible and the staff are very helpful. There is a genuine effort to offer food that is fresh, varied as well producing local delicacies. Although there is a shuttle bus frequently to Syracuse, we chose to spend all of our time within the resort alternating our time from the two wonderful pools and the beach. We would come back in a heartbeat and are interested in what other VOI resorts are available. It's worth noting that their season truly begins from 1st June meaning there are more activities from this date nevertheless we still enjoyed children's entertainment din late May despite their official season not starting quite yet. It's also worth noting that food and drink from the beach facility is excluded even if you have chosen all inclusive. 10/10 would go again!!!

Overall, the hotel has immense potential - the property itself is beautiful, set in lovely, green surroundings. However, there are key operational and management areas that require attention to match the property's potential: - Highlights: The restaurant staff deserve praise—despite being understaffed and overwhelmed, they were consistently warm and friendly. The clean beach, spaced sunbeds, fresh produce, and seaside solarium terrace with direct water access are fantastic. - Underutilized Venues: The sea terrace bar is beautiful, but pathway lights were turned off in the evening, making it hard to access. The hotel is missing a great opportunity here. - Housekeeping: Our 2025-renovated Junior Suite was poorly cleaned. Even after multiple requests, sand remained on the floor, and the shower and sink weren't cleaned. - Check-in & Service: Luggage took over an hour and a follow-up call to arrive. Food quality was average, with meat and fish consistently overcooked and dry. - Beach Shuttle: Boarding the 40-person beach train is chaotic. Security rarely manages the crowd; a simple queue line would resolve this easily. - Noise: Loud disco music every night (23:00–00:00) carries across the resort, making sleep difficult.

Mainly a resort for Italians. Many staff don’t speak English so you’ll need to bear that in mind. Tired resort ready for a refresh, feeling a bit shabby. The all-inclusive drinks were very short- normal amounts of cheap alcohol in a small plastic cup with little room for ice or soft drink part- strong but not pleasant. Pizza restaurant on site was off the scale terrible: mixed fried starter was going back mainly uneaten from every table - it was straight from freezer bag to deep fat fryer junk. Pizza was good but this is Sicily so it should be. The staff were really rude - unpleasant experience. Main dining - a mixed experience with some excellent pasta but much of the buffet was a bit like Lidl quality and the salads felt a bit recycled from previous meals. Similarly some of the bread was obviously hard and dry. Desserts were defrosted freezer shop muck. It was a cheap getaway and that’s what we got - nothing wrong with that as long as that’s what you’re expecting but don’t go looking for friendly and high quality - it’s not - or for any delicious authentic Italian food, there’s some but it’s diluted by a lot of cheap filler Very clean rooms - cleaning staff do a great job Gym is a joke - boiling hot and small and only open when the day is already hot Also, be aware that there is nothing near the hotel; it is remote - not a problem if you go knowing that but really NOTHING nearby Would not recommend and wouldn’t go again.

Struttura molto bella ed estesa, verde, molti spazi comuni, più ristoranti con cucina varia e di buon livello, più piscine sempre pulite e diversi bar. Personale attento e sempre disponibile tranne qualche bagnino in piattaforma mare. Pulizia delle aree comuni buona ma migliorabile specie nei bagni. Un grazie particolare a Lucia al bar, al pizzaiolo e a Tino in pizzeria, a Salvo ed ai ragazzi della sicurezza. I ragazzi dell'animazione simpatici e gentili ma se l'animazione diurna é buona quella serale è da rivedere tranne per la musica in terrazza con il dj il venerdì e i due cantanti. Globalmente ottima esperienza.

En väldigt trevlig anläggning med allt man kan tänkas behöva för en avkopplande semester. Poolområdet och närheten till havet var uppskattat av hela familjen. Barnen uppskattade även all inclusive men de åt mest pommes och pizza. Fint rum med två balkonger och mycket plats. Rummet var dock inte helt välstädat. Det hängde spindelnät på lampa och var lite damm längs med lister/hörn. Inget vi stördes av men det noterades.

Kamer net vernieuwd en alles in orde. Enkel kleine raam en zicht belemmerd door een boom zodat we niet konden genieten van terras en vanaf 16u licht in de kamer aandoen. Ondanks het meedelen bij de eerste dag van deze teleurstelling om van kamer te veranderen, is er niets gebeurd. Ontbijt kon beter : grote buffetten en personeel in 'automatische mode' zonder goedemorgen of andere.Zwembaden heel proper, zoals ganse site. Buffet 's avonds : in orde.

Die Zimmer waren mal schön ausgestattet, aber brauchen dringend ein Deep Clean und eine Überholung. Sämtliche Amarturen waren stark verkalkt und das Silikon an der Dusche echt eklig. Das Essen war gut, jedoch war die Auswahl nicht extrem groß, aber ganz gut. Leider sind auch sehr viele Sachen kostenpflichtig. (Ein Tennisschläger zum leihen 20€) Am Pool darf man eigentlich nur Schwimmen oder planschen. Wasserbälle oder ähnliches sind an allen Pools verboten, was echt schade ist. Das Angebot von alkoholfreien Cocktails ist im AllInclusive Paket etwas gering und als zuckerfreien Softdrink gibt es eigentlich nur Pepsi Light... Also es war OK, aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist echt nicht gut hier.

Globalement déçu, points négatifs à connaître Points positifs : Musicien chanteur le soir très sympa Choix le soir au dîner buffet avec poissons grillés de bonne qualité Chambre spacieuse et propre Des personnes très disponibles et sympathiques viennent vous chercher en voiturette pour les bagages Point négatifs : Petit déjeuner de mauvaise qualité et surtout très peu de choix (pas d’œuf au plat ou omelette à la demande par exemple) Seulement des œufs brouillés froids et sans goût Peu de fruits ou fromage blanc Les serveurs retirent les assiettes régulièrement mais n’apportent jamais de café ou d’eau à table par exemple (premium) L’heure de fin du petit déjeuner à 9h30 est scandaleuse c’est beaucoup trop tôt Wifi de qualité instable, inaccessible depuis la chambre le premier jour puis réparé après demande. Pas de chaînes TV internationales juste 4 ou 5 chaînes italiennes Très grand complexe et manque d’informations ou panneaux visibles pour identifier le bloc et notre chambre (surtout la nuit) 700 personnes lors de nos 3 jours mais on imagine avec 2500 personnes en haute saison que cela doit être moins agréable Plage disponible mais via un petit train car au moins 15 ou 20 minutes à pied, ambiance très bruyante et relégué au 6 eme rang en fonction de notre chambre… Coté hôtel espace avec transats devant les rochers, pas très agréable Porte et serrure très difficiles à ouvrir ou fermer, boiseries à revoir Traces de peinture suite à des travaux

Wir hatten sehr erholsame Ferien. Wir wurden sehr nett und hilfsbereit empfangen, uns wurde sogar extra noch ein kalter Teller bereitgestellt um 22.30 Uhr zum Essen (späte Ankunft). Wir waren in der Vorsaison dort, deshalb noch nicht alles geöffnet, dafür noch nicht so "überfüllt". Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war geräumig und schöner Balkon. Wir hatten sehr ruhiges Zimmer, bequeme Betten, sogar Regendusche. Das Essen war für Buffet gut, immer gute Auswahl. Je nach Wahl leider nur lauwarm oder kalt. Aber Teigwaren wurden immer direkt frisch zubereitet und heiss. Kellner waren freundlich und aufmerksam. Haben sich immer sehr bemüht. Dank Premium Buchung hatten wir reservierten Tisch, was sehr angenehm war. Hotelanlage mit sehr schönem Garten, 3 Pools und Shuttle-Service zum Strand. Eigener grosser Parkplatz, Hotel abgelegen, aber mit Auto idealer Ausgangspunkt für diverse Ausflüge. Nicht 4-Sterne Standard wie bei uns, für uns hat alles gepasst und wir würden Hotel wieder buchen.

Très bon séjour.

Le personnel est aux petits soins et très sympa. Bel environnement. Très bonne cuisine et très variée. Seul bémol : le timinng du repas du soir est très serré, pas une minute de plus.
