You will enjoy breathtakingly beautiful sunsets but please note, it is NOT a waterfront property and there is NO lake access. Here, you will find privacy and tranquility but will still be so close to all the restaurants and shops. The Space: This is a fully remodeled ranch with one level of living that has been decorated in a mid-century modern style. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1700 Sq ft. and perfect for a family or group of 6, It is located down the East side of the Lake . It is approximately a 1.5 mile walk to the downtown village center or less than 5 minutes by car. Other Things to Note: Primary guest will need to be 30 years of age or older, required to sign the owners personal rental agreement (emailed separately after booking is accepted) & provide valid proof of I.D. It was well furnished and equipped. Most importantly it was very clean! The whole process was easy and communication excellent.
