Attico Maniace is within walking distance of great restaurants, museums, historical landmarks, shops and just 2' walk from the beach. It is an ideal base to explore Ortigia, Siracusa, the rest of Baroque Sicily and the other sites of Magna Grecia without having to pack and unpack. The apartment features contemporary super-comfy furnishings and effortlessly elegant atmosphere that will put you immediately at ease. It is equipped with everything you may need for a relaxing stay in your home away from home. Lots of light, air conditioning, wi-fi, tv, high definition audio stereo system, fresh linens and fluffy towels! The modern bedroom offers sea views and has quality beds with memory foam mattresses and pillows. The room can be arranged with double bed or two separate beds. The spacious living room has comfortable sofa bed and access to the seafront balcony to enjoy marvelouse views. The dining room is combined with a fully equipped kitchen for short and extended stays. As always in Italy, very few amenities. We did use the washing machine and coffee machine. The check-in was somewhat unconventional as it was a self check-in. We did not meet the owner until we experienced problems with locking the door. He promptly came with a locksmith to repair but only introduced himself. The online picture of the view is not accurate, there is only a partial view of the sea. I would not recommend this apartment to friends simply because of the tight stairs. ##### Patrizio M.
