The apartment has a total floor area of approximately 35 m².<br>Through the hallway, which features a built-in dining area for two people, you’ll enter the living room and bedroom, which features a French double bed (140x200). In addition, the apartment features a bright shower room and a new, modern kitchen with excellent amenities.<br>In the beautiful garden, we offer a seasonally furnished terrace. Here you can enjoy coffee and cake in a traditional Sylt beach chair.<br>The rural Tinnum salt marshes stretch right in front of the house and invite you to take walks or bike rides along the adjacent fields and hiking trails. As a “bridge between city and countryside,” Tinnum connects the island’s main town, Westerland, with the idyllic village of Keitum. Numerous shopping options, a bakery, and a bike rental shop are just a five-minute walk away. The Sylt Tennis Club, with its tennis courts, is just a few steps away. And the Rantum Basin, which you can reach by bike in just a few minutes, is also right next to this residential complex.
