Teewelkenhüs SchwalbennestLocation: Archsum is located between the Wadden Sea 10 minutes by car from the open sea, surrounded by meadows and Frisian houses.- Pure nature- Ideal for refueling. The Teewelkenhüs is a thatched house in an absolutely quiet location with a feel-good atmosphere. Approximately There is a small shop 100 m away for essentials including fresh bread. The swallow nest is in the 1st Floor of the house. There are two additional apartments in the house that can be rented. This is the sun apartment for 2 people on the same floor and on the ground floor the 2-room apartment meadow apartment for 2-3 people. Size: 2-room apartment approx. 42 m² for up to 4 people. On the same floor in the hallway, another separate bedroom and bathroom with washing machine can be rented for an additional fee. Equipment: The living room has two single, corner sofa beds and the dining area in the middle of the room. The new kitchenette is u. a. equipped with microwave, oven / grill and dishwasher. There is a semicircular bed in the bedroom. The rooms are designed with a high quality designer floor. Two shower rooms are available. In the garden are a beach chair and garden furniture. Satellite TV, CD and radio are available, as is WiFi. A pet can be brought along after consultation. Parking spaces are located on the property. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This will be charged separately and is due at the latest on arrival.
