In this well-kept residential complex is this exclusive and high quality and decoratively furnished bright 2 room apartment with sea view from the balcony, bedroom and living room. The entire apartment is extensively renovated and equipped with high quality tiles. You are guaranteed to feel good here. It is 100 meters to the beach or the promenade, the Kurmittelhaus is indirect neighborhood and you can shop around the corner. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed and sitting area, dining area, TV and Bose CD radio and a china cabinet. On the west balcony you can enjoy the sea view and sunset. Comfortable chairs and a dining table invite you to eat outdoors. In the separate, modern and new fitted kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle, you can not only prepare breakfast, it contains everything you need for kitchen utensils and pott un pan. The new shower bath with daylight is modern and sensibly furnished. In the bedroom with sea view there are 2 hotel beds that you can put together. Your pet is also welcome with us. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This is calculated separately and is due at the latest on arrival.
