Location:  
The "House Metropol" stands directly on the beach of Westerland. From the apartment in the 10th Floor has a fantastic view of the beach and the sea and south to Föhr.  
Size:  
2-room apartment about 70 m² for 3 persons.  
Equipment:  
Through a small hallway leads into the spacious and light-filled living room with west and south facing balcony. The perfectly coordinated living room furniture with dining table and sofa bed (1.30 m wide) fits the gray painted wall unit. The bedroom has a double bed and a private west-facing balcony with stunning sea views. Both rooms are designed with a limed oak floor. The bathroom is accessible from both the bedroom and the living room and has a spacious shower and two sinks. The small, fully equipped modern kitchen offers a wide view to the south. The apartment was completely renovated and redeveloped in spring 2017\. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.  
Pets are not allowed.  
A parking space can, if available, in the garage or outside separately rented. House Metropol, App. 234
