The living room is furnished with a sofa, the dining area in front of the window and a wall unit. There is a double bed in the wall unit. A flat-screen TV with radio is part of the comfortable facilities. From the east balcony you have a nice view over the city. The separate kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is a shower room. Internet connection (W'Lan) is available in the apartment.
A parking space can be rented, depending on availability, outside or in the underground car park.

#### Sehr strandnah und für 2 Personen ausreichend.
Ein Backofen, bzw. Mikrowelle mit Heißluft wäre schön gewesen. Sitzkissen für Balkonstühle sind sehr klein. Ansonsten gemütlich eingerichtet. Für ältere Menschen ist das Schrankbett sehr hoch und nicht so komfortabel
