The living room is furnished with a sofa, the dining area in front of the window and a wall unit. In the wall unit is a double wardrobe bed accommodated. From the east balcony you have a nice view over the city. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and microwave. The bathroom is a shower room. Internet connection (LAN) is available in the apartment.
A parking space can be rented, depending on availability, outside or in the underground car park.
Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This is calculated separately and is due at the latest on arrival. This holiday apartment for 2 persons is located in the new spa center, Haus Metropol, directly on the Westerland Promenade

#### Ein helles und freundlich eingerichtetes Zimmer.
Im Nu ist man am Meer oder in der Fußgängerzone. Das gleicht den Blick aus dem Fenster des Zimmers auf das Hochhaus dahinter und auf den Parkplatz ein bischen aus. Dafür ist es sehr ruhig. Die Küche ist recht klein und etwas unpraktisch bestückt aber ausreichend.
