Es gab kaum Tageslicht und es roch leicht muffig. Die Agentur hat sich trotz anzeigen leichter Schäden nicht zurück gemeldet. Eine Reparatur wurde trotz Ankündigung nicht ausgeführt. Was man in der Anzeige als Souterain bezeichnet sind in Wahrheit Kellerräume ( Schlafzimmer, Bad und Gästezimmer). Die übrigen Zimmer im EG wurden offensichtlich kürzlich renoviert und befinden sich in einem guten Zustand.
