Three-room apartment on the first floor and basement, approx. 80 square meters of living space for up to 4 people.

Ground Floor:
The spacious, bright living area with a view of the private terrace flows into an exclusive dining area and the open kitchen. If you want to indulge your talents as a chef away from the stress of everyday life—the right equipment is at your disposal in the form of state-of-the-art Miele appliances: induction cooktop, microwave, oven, and dishwasher. How about an espresso from the Nespresso machine for dessert? Et voilà!

Create your own atmosphere with the perfect music from the stereo system (Sonoro), featuring a CD player, DAB/FM radio, and Bluetooth playback from your tablet or smartphone. The entertainment options are rounded out by a 3D Full HD TV with a BD/DVD player and a hard-disk recorder.

The storage space and closet area are generously sized.
