The distance to the beach is approximately 150 m. It is a very quiet location.<br><br>Size:<br>2-room apartment, approx. 45 m². Sleeps up to 4 people.<br>Amenities:<br>The living room features a large, cozy couch that converts into a comfortable sleeping area. The kitchenette (equipped with a microwave and dishwasher, among other things) and the dining area by the window are open to the living room. The bedroom has a double bed (2x90x200 cm). The living room and bedroom have carpeted floors. Off the living room is a large west-facing balcony with balcony furniture. Cable TV, a telephone, and Wi-Fi are available.<br>The apartment is for non-smokers only, and pets are not allowed.<br>The apartment includes a parking space on the property.<br>Please note the regulations regarding the separate visitor’s tax charged by the respective municipality on Sylt. This tax is billed separately and is due no later than upon arrival.
