Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht – perfekt für eine kleine Familie! Die Lage ist ideal: Der Strand und die Innenstadt von Westerland sind fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Einziges kleines Manko ist die Lautstärke der Straße, die je nach Tageszeit hörbar ist. Trotzdem würden wir die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen!

#### Wirklich tolle Wohnung …
Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, die Ausstattung wertig. Durch die toll gedämmten Fenster und den bequemen Matratzen waren auch die Nächte erholsam. Einzig die Dusche hätte ein wenig größer sein können. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war super. Sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet. Die Küche ist ebenfalls sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Lage ist top. Kurzer Weg zum Strand und kurze Wege in die Friedrichstraße. Fußläufig alles gut erreichbar. Garage für Auto vorhanden. Netten Kontakt mit den Eigentümern. Unkompliziert. Die Wohnung kann unsererseits mit guten Gewissen weiter empfohlen werden.

wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen dort und es hat für uns völlig ausgereicht. Die Küche war super ausgestattet, Lage ist super mit 10min zur Friedrichstraße, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Keine Parkplatzsuche, da eine Garage zur Verfügung steht. Sauberkeit war ebenfalls gut

Die Wohnung ist toll! Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht oder brauchen könnte. Fussläufig alles gut erreichbar. Zwei Bushaltestellen ganz nah. Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin schnell und unkompliziert. Es war absolut ruhig. Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock. Das ist das einzige was man bedenken muss. Es gibt keinen Lift. Mit dem Gebäck ist es etwas mühsam. Ohne sind die drei Stockwerke gut zu meistern.

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in dem Appartement. Es war alles sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, sodass man sich direkt wohl gefühlt hat. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage überzeugt, die Nähe zum Strand und zur Stadt ist unschlagbar. wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung. Die Lage ist mit Kindern, optimal für Strandbesuche und als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, mit Liebe zum Detail. Auch in der Küche hat es uns an nichts gefehlt, diese war vollwertig ausgestattet. Unser Kind haben die vorhandenen Gesellschaftsspiele und Bücher begeistert. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett und die Übergabe völlig problemlos.

#### Familienurlaub auf Sylt
Schöne, gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit Garage. Die Kommunikation bei An- und Abreise hat super geklappt. In der Wohnung ist alles an Grundausstattung enthalten, was man braucht. Für größere Kinder gab es genug Beschäftigung an Spielen. Für eine Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern war uns das Bad zu klein. Wir hatten leider Pech mit dem Wetter, sodass wir uns vorwiegend in der Wohnung aufhalten mussten. Größtes Manko war die fehlende Waschmaschine, die in der Anzeige mit drin stand. Gemeint war ein 800m entfernter Waschsalon. Als Grill ist der Backofen gemeint gewesen. Wasser gab es im Bad in ganz heiß oder ganz kalt. Für kleine Kinder eine Gefahr beim Hände waschen.

Es passte von der vorbereitenden Kommunikation über den Aufenthalt selbst bis zum Auschecken alles prima. Sehr schön war auch, dass in der Küche nicht nur die obligatorischen abgezählten Teller und Tassen vorhanden waren, sondern auch eine größere Anzahl.

Wohnung war sehr schön und die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar-5min zum Strand und ca 10min in die Fussgängerzone. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt und ein grosser Vorteil ist zudem der Stellplatz der eigenen Garage
