One of the best included breakfasts I’ve had in Australia. Parking was good. Location was excellent, particularly with regard to the range of restaurants within close walking distance. Multiple forms of public transport easily accessible. One of those hotels where everything works seamlessly.

The hotel is outdated. The lighting is terrible in both the room and hallways. The bathroom had mould on the roof and floor and the toilet periodically made noises throughout the night. The staff were nice and greeted us well. The breakfast buffet was your standard buffet, nothing exceptional, it was $30 pp and $19 for our 2 year old. If you are looking for clean and new hotel i'd look elsewhere there are better option's in Parramatta.

Staff members are nice. Room is clean but a little dimmer than I expected. Good time staying at the hotel. Great breakfast buffet. The only complain is the noise from next door (both side) is very audible. I can totally hear someone talking over phone at 11pm while trying to sleep.

The location was very good, close to everything. The views of Hyde Park were beautiful. The staff was very helpful. The downside was that the hotel was old and rundown; it's in need of a facelift and modernization. The rooms and the lobby were dark, and the lighting was insufficient. One lift was not working, so you had to wait a long time for the lift to come.

Staff was great and helpful. Check in was easy. Building and rooms are tired and need an update. Our room had mouldy shower and a leak in the walls. The wall was bubbled and there was water on the baseboards. Fridge leaked as well and the carpet was wet.
