The modern house is very comfortably furnished in a trendy country house style. The ground floor area is characterized primarily by shared use of a group of up to 8 people to be used premises: The heart of this floor is the open country kitchen with full equipment and adjoining dining area, where you will also enjoy the meal beyond the fireplace. The small open sitting area is extremely comfortable, who likes watching TV or reading a good book. Furthermore, there is a guest toilet, a shower room with toilet, storage room on this level. The bedrooms are all upstairs except for a bedroom, which has found its place on the ground floor. The bedrooms are extremely comfortable with wooden parquet, cream-colored curtains, modern wooden furniture and modern art. Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom, so that the privacy is excellent and shared travel is not a burden. Each bedroom has its own TV. Incredibly beautifully designed, we also find the outdoor area. About 2 floor to ceiling windows at the house you enter a square terrace with light shade. Chilled lounge furniture is available on the terrace. The extension of the terrace represents the chic private pool of 32 m² (with outdoor shower). The pool is surrounded by a ceramic terrace where you can sunbathe on comfortable loungers, read or just relax with a view of the surrounding woods. The plot is slightly sloping, so the end of the pool gives the impression that it merges with the well-known image of Dalí - the melting clocks - with the stone walls of the hill and the greenery. Wonderful here can enjoy the evening mood. This region of Istria is characterized by some picturesque places that will particularly delight art and culture connoisseurs (eg Vodnjan and Svetvincenet), out. The village is positioned on a sunny hill, surrounded by forest and unspoiled nature. Anamarija ist eine sehr liebe Person, die jederzeit und schnell geholfen hat. Vielen DANK nochmals für Ihre hervorragenden Tipps in Bezug auf Sightseeing, Strände, EInkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants - einfach perfekt. Super ausgestattet, alles da was man braucht. Recht neu, nicht abgewohnt. Kein pompöses Schnick-Schnack...einfach erholen. Pool ist beheizt!! Anamarija ist immer für euch da. Kann euch Tips geben zum Strand/ Gastronomie/ Supermarkt/ Sehenswürdigkeiten. Abgeschlossene Einheit + Sportplatz (Volleyball, Tischtennis, Boule, Fussball) + Schaukel und Kletterhaus/Rutsche für Kinder. Grundausstattung an Spielgeräten (Tischtennisschläger, Boulekugeln...) ist vorhanden. Liegen und Stühle in ausreichender Menge, also auch für 8 Leute. Alle 3 Schlafräume mit eigenem Bad/Dusche oder Badewanne, WC + Bidet, Zustellbett möglich, allg. WC im UG, Klimaanlage und auch tolle Klappläden mit verstellbaren Lamellen um selbst zu regeln wieviel Licht oder Luft herein darf, Küchengeräte....einfach alles da. Ja es liegt nicht am Strand/Meer...sind aber nur 15km bis Fazana. Mit Pool nicht so wichtig. Dafür ruhige Lage, man stört niemanden und wird nicht gestört. Für uns hatte es gepasst wie die Faust auf das Auge....wir kommen wieder. ##### Claus H. Das Haus haben wir genauso vorgefunden, wie es in der Anzeige beschrieben wird. Wir wurden von der Vermieterin und ihrer Familie herzlich empfangen und mit kleinen Geschenken (Kekse, Olivenöl) begrüßt. Immer stand uns jemand für Fragen zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist mit Liebe eingerichtet und hat alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Besonders haben wir den Pool genossen, welcher konstant und durchgehend beheizt ist. Sogar eine Abdeckung für die Nacht steht zur Verfügung, damit er nachts nicht auskühlt. Ich denke, wir werden nicht das letzte Mal in diesem Haus unseren Urlaub verbracht haben ... wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Das Haus entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung und liegt etwas abseits in einem kleinen Dorf. Vom Balkon aus kann man sogar das Meer am Horizont sehen. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage lässt sich alles innerhalb von 20-30 Minuten erreichen. In ca. 1,5 km an der Hauptstr. gibt es einen kleinen Dorfladen, wo man nahezu alles bekommt. Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist dann Vodnjan. Einzig der Hahn und und die Baufirma in der Nachbarschaft "stören" die morgendliche Ruhe und Idylle ein wenig. Durch die drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweiligem Bad en Suite ist das Objekt auch für mehrere Paare/Familien absolut zu empfehlen. ##### Ingemar M. Auch die Aufteilung des Hauses ist super. Jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und Toilette. Übertroffen wird das ganze aber noch durch die Gastgeber. Anamarija und Ihre Mann sind wahnsinnig freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen frischgebackenen Kuchen, selbstgemachtes Olivenöl und frisches Obst. Jederzeit gerne wieder! Jedes Zimmer ist mit eigenen Bad inkl. Toilette ausgestattet. Die Terrasse ist überdacht und ist auf der Ebene des Wohnzimmers, seitlich gegen Wind geschützt. Einige Stufen weiter unten ist der Pool und etc... Schöne Ausstattung mit genügend Sonnenliegen, großen Tisch mit Stühlen, Sessel, Grill, usw. Die Unterkunft hat an sich alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist super! Zwar ist fast nichts zu Fuß erreichbar, aber die Strände, Städte, auch größere Stadt wie Pula ca. 15 km, sind nicht weit weg. Unsere Empfehlungen ist der Strand in Fazana ca. 12 km entfernt. Sehr schöne kleine Stadt mit sehr guten Strand, Restaurants und und und. Die Gastgeberin ist super nett und freundlich. Am Tag unserer Ankunft hat sie uns mit selbst gebacken Gebäck und Olivenöl aus eigenem Anbau empfangen. In der Gegend (im Ort) ist es zwar ruhig, jedoch sollte man wissen, dass da einheimische eigene Tiere halten. Wie Hahn (Kukariku ab ca. 5 Uhr) Hühner, Hunde etc. Die Fenster sind jedoch gut isoliert. Die Außenanlage bietet außerdem viele sportliche Möglichkeiten wie Volleyball, Badminton, Tischtennis, kl. Fußballplatz, Kicker. Einfach super! Das Haus war sehr sauber. Exakt wie beschrieben. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende englischsprachige Gastgeber. Die Anreise wurde uns mit einer Wegbeschreibung anhand von Fotos per Whats app erleichtert. Zur Begrüßung bekamen wir unter anderem sogar einen frischgebackenen Kuchen und selbstgemachtes Olivenöl. Das ganze Haus und die gesamte Anlage sind außergewöhnlich sauber und gepflegt, man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Anamarija und Ihre Familie sind wirklich bemerkenswert freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese schöne Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Vi var så heldige at være i dette skønne hus i uge 29\. Huset levede helt op til alle vores krav, håb og forventninger. Vi blev mødt af et smilende og meget servicemindet og engelsktalende værtspar, der ville gøre alt for at vores ferie blev som vi ønskede. Her er rent, pænt og huset ligger så man ugenert kan hygge både ved poolen og på verandaen. Det er et perfekt udgangspunkt for cykelture i området, og en lille købmand der har stort set alt, kan nås på 15 min til fods. Vi kan kun give dette sted 6 ud af 5 mulige stjerner.
