Nestled in the picturesque town of Sv. Lovreč, amidst the enchanting landscapes of Istria, Villa Rorripa stands as a testament to the perfect fusion of rustic charm and modern luxury. This authentic Istrian stone house, originally constructed in 2009, underwent a meticulous renovation in 2022, ensuring a delightful retreat for nature enthusiasts and those seeking a tranquil escape.  
  
Discover an oasis of comfort and style with 206 m2 of carefully designed living space, set on a spacious 1059 m2 property. The fully air-conditioned villa can accommodate up to 8 guests, offering four thoughtfully decorated bedrooms.  
  
On the ground floor, there is one spacious bedroom with a king-size bed 180x200 cm and a bathroom with a bathtub in the room.  
Upstairs are the remaining three spacious bedrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed 180x200 that can be converted into two single beds 90x200 cm if needed. Inside the bedroom there is a bathroom with a bathtub. The other two rooms have a king size bed 180x200 and each room has its own bathroom with shower/curtain and bathtub.  
  
The heart of this villa is its modern kitchen, inviting you to craft culinary delights for your family and friends. Adjacent to it, a dining room with an 8-seat table provides a perfect setting for shared meals. Capture breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea from the balcony, where a comfortable sitting set beckons you to savor your morning coffee.  
  
Gather the whole family in the inviting living room, adorned with two sofas, a table, TV, and ample seating. Step outside onto the terrace to discover a 32 m2 pool, surrounded by a sun deck boasting 8 loungers. The outdoor space is further enhanced with a charcoal or wood grill, a covered dining table for 8, and a meticulously landscaped garden bursting with vibrant greenery and colorful flowers.  
  
Villa Rorripa offers additional conveniences, including 1 separate toilet, a washing machine, and an iron. For families with little ones, a feeder and baby cot are also available.
