Welcome to our M-22 waterfront home - perfect for making northern Michigan memories! Our property is centrally located just south of Suttons Bay and north of Traverse City in the heart of the Leelenau wine country. Enjoy easy access to all of the beaches, restaurants, wineries and more that the Traverse City area offers. Relax and enjoy the captivating view of the West Bay, the beautiful renovations inside and the backyard with entertainment for any age!
The space
Your stay at our Suttons Bay property is sure to be memorable and relaxing with amenities such as:
* An unobstructed view of the West Bay
* Newly renovated and fully-stocked kitchen and bathrooms
* Three comfortable bedrooms with new mattresses
* Baby & Toddler gear including a Pack & Play (with sheets), high chair, bed guard rails, & a baby gate
* A large-capacity washer & dryer in a laundry room with a large counter for folding and storage
* A fully fenced-in backyard with a Charcoal Grill, Fire Pit, Adirondack chairs, Playset and outdoor games
* Beach essentials including chairs, a wagon, umbrella and sand toys
* Pet-friendly
This home was renovated in 2020 from top to bottom, with thoughtful touches added throughout. Although this property has recently changed management, it earned more than 180 five-star reviews under its previous listing. It is a premiere home for any Traverse City area getaway.
FRONT DINING ROOM:
Enjoy enchanting views of the West Bay from the expansive dining room, where you can dine, play games or set up a work station to make this the center of your getaway.

* Childrens books and toys are stored just off the dining room
KITCHEN:
Prepare a picnic lunch or a locally-sourced dinner in the newly renovated kitchen.
* Fully-stocked place settings, silverware, barware glasses, serveware and separate children's dinnerware
* Full range of cookware, bakeware and small appliances
* Coffee station includes a DeLonghi all-in-one express + drip coffee maker, and station is stocked with coffee, tea and extras!

* Adjacent to the kitchen with sliding-door access to the outdoor dining area & back yard
* Seating for six, including a queen sleeper sofa
* Stream your favorite shows on a 50-inch TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and Prime TV

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
*Two bedrooms feature a king size bed, and one features a queen, all with new memory foam mattresses and microfiber sheets

* Both full bathrooms are stocked with all of the essentials, including shampoo/conditioner and soap, as well as other bathroom necessities
LAUNDRY:
*New large-size washer and dryer for your use, along with a large folding and storage counter.
OUTDOOR SPACE:
Enjoy beautiful Northern Michigan from multiple outdoor spaces at this property!
* The front porch offers seating to enjoy the West Bay and its sunrise view
* The backyard patio has seating for 6 in a shaded and semi-private setting
* Backyard entertainment includes a fire pit & seating, a charcoal bbq grill, and a swingset, playhouse, hopscotch and various yard games stored in the garage
Guest access
You will have access to the entire property, including fenced-in backyard and garage, during your stay. The basement will remain locked for owner storage. Park two vehicles in the driveway.
Enter the home with keypad access at the front door for simple keyless entry. A personalized entry code will be provided to you before arrival.
The front door of the home has a Ring doorbell installed.
Although the home is directly across from the West Bay, access to the water is not allowed to renters due to the steep slope of the water at the point in the bay.
Other things to note
Please note that this house sits on M-22, which is a local main road. The house has locks on all external doors, and the backyard is fully fenced in and locked as well.
