We loved our stay here. All the staff were incredible, a special mention to the women working in the restaurant. Blown away by their service and friendliness and willingness to go above and beyond for my kids. Every interaction in this hotel was pleasant. The only issue was the AC didn’t seem to work at all and our room was very warm all 3 nights even though we set it as low as it would go. But other than that loved our stay :) thank you

I want to give them a 5 but just can’t. First of all, the location is ideal for taking the seabus over to Vancouver Island. It’s right next door. The area surrounding the property is clean and seems to be safe BUT it wasn’t. The parking is shared with the public market and it’s not secured. We paid for 4 days of parking and still got a parking ticket which we now need to dispute. Then…on the same night, our truck was broken into and our tool bag stolen. We carry it everywhere when we travel by car and it was locked securely in the locked truck bed. In the morning we went to load the truck to leave and the cover was pried open and theifs weapon of choice “, their own screwdriver, was left behind. If this hotel wants to match the quality of the restaurants and area then they need to secure the parking lot somehow. The restaurant was closed for renovations, which we knew about, and we were told that we would be refunded for our breakfast portion. We have yet to see it but understand it may take several days so we will be watching. The room had an amazing view!! We had the penthouse on the 4th floor and it’s all windows facing the sound and the lights of Vancouver. However note that the large Q sign can be accessed by stairs and anyone on them can see right into your room. So we had to keep that half of the windows closed. Only one elevator was working. The bed was comfortable and the room clean but the furniture is kind of cheap for what you pay.
