Sit and watch the sunrise/ sunset or watch the dolphins play. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen (updated cabinets & new granite countertops, new flooring and new interior paint. There is a washer/ dryer in the unit. The unit has a new queen size bed and a new sofa, free Wi-Fi and cable TV. Only one parking space allowed per unit. No pets allowed. No smoking or vaping in the unit. Linen Package included; and cleaning upon departure. Walking distance to restaurants and beach shopping. You are in a great location. Perfect for walking in the neighborhood or on the beach and great for getting to several dining options.
