This inviting retreat features direct beach access and convenient elevator service. Ideal for a family getaway or couples’ retreat, the condo offers comfortable living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private balcony where you can savor sunrise coffee or evening cocktails over the Atlantic. EXTERIOR FEATURES Private Oceanfront Balcony, Elevator, Outdoor Shower, 1 Parking Spot, Trailers & Motorcycles are Not Permitted at Complex Non Smoking Unit, No Pets Allowed SLEEP ACCOMMODATIONS 1st Floor (Two): 1 King, 2 Twin BATHROOM LOCATIONS 1st Floor (Two): 2 Full Baths (Shared Hall Access) PROPERTY AMENITIES Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed. Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival.
