There is also a sun room for entertaining and/or enjoyment equipped with a t v . An exceptionally large living area with 2 recliners, a large sofa, a stuffed wingback chair plus a 50' flat screen t v. Also a T V and DVD player in the Sun Room. On a side street that was not super busy with golf cart traffic all the time. Allowing us to have an area for our kids ride bikes up and down the road. It was much larger than I expected! Plenty of pots and pans/ cooking utensil if you were planning to cook. The host was quick to answer any questions and very accommodating. The only negative was that there was no hand soap in the bathrooms, extra toilet paper, paper towels, or blankets. Simple things that a quick run to the store could fix. Leo the host was very pleasant and good with communicating via messages. This property was plenty spacious enough for all 6 of us to spread out and not be on top of each other. The house looks just like it is pictured on VRBO. Would definitely rent from Leo again. Only gave 4 stars on cleanliness because I think the cleaning company should have cleaned the dust from the ceiling fans and beam in the living room above the ceiling fan.
