HEATED POOL
The pool will be heated the first rented week in March to the last rented week in October of each year. Please note that pool heaters will not operate if the air temperature surrounding the heat pump drops below 55 degrees Fahrenheit. If there is danger of damage to the pool heater due to temperatures not in the appropriate range the heater will be turned off.

HOT TUB
The hot tub is in operation all year round.

Easy walk to the Beach! Located ¾ mile south of the Surfside Pier, wonderful restaurants and bars, and 2 miles north of Garden City Pier with a large arcade and fishing available. The home is just a short drive from Murrells Inlet, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, and Broadway at the Beach.

Outdoors: A complete backyard entertainment area: Heated 12 x 24 ft. in-ground pool, a 6-person hot tub, a large 14 x 28 patio area with fire pit, a Wilmington gas grill, and plenty of seating for everyone. Parking under the garage & driveway accommodates 4 to 5 cars, depending on size.

Indoors: This is a very clean, exceptionally maintained, and fully furnished home. It has free High-Speed Wi-Fi service, and the kitchen has everything you need to accommodate 16 people. The living room has a 50” Roku TV.

Spacious 5 Bedroom beach house with 4 Full & 1 Half baths. This home will accommodate 16. There is a pull-out queen-size sofa bed in the living room with a 65" Roku TV and DVD Player. Bedrooms 1-3 have 55" flat-panel Roku TVs, Bedroom #4 has a 40" and Bedroom #5 is equipped with a 55" flat-panel Roku TV and DVD player.

• Bedroom #2 - Upstairs: 1 Queen bed and 1 Queen bunkbed and shares bathroom with Bedroom #3

All bathrooms have hairdryers; the laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer. All linens, Towels, and Beach Towels are provided.

Cameras: This property is equipped with three exterior security cameras located at the front entrance (doorbell camera), driveway, and backyard for the sole purpose of maintaining property security. These cameras do not monitor any private indoor areas, and their use complies with all local privacy regulations.

Note: Check-in is at 4 p.m., and check-out is at 10 a.m. Persons making reservations must be 25 years of age or older and must be present at check-in and for the duration of the reservation. No check-ins will be allowed for persons less than 25 years of age.
