1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo in Surfside Beach. 2nd floor (must climb stairs)  
Great central location and close to all the Grand Strand has to offer: championship golf courses, excellent restaurants, entertainment, fishing, shopping, medical facilities, not too far from the Myrtle Beach International Airport, Marsh-Walk and the beautiful beaches of the Grand Strand. Use this as your vacation location at Surfside Beach!  
  
The Space:  
1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, Cozy condo. 1 King bed, 1 pullout sofa in the living room. Washer/dryer available in unit.  
Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not available)  
Dining area open to living room.  
Sheets and linens provided.  
Free WiFi and cable TV.  
\*Pets are not allowed.  
\*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.  
\*Towels are provided for showers only.  
  
Guest Access:  
\*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.  
\* No mailbox for this location.  
\* Only 1 parking spot available.  
\*Pool access with access card only. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken card.  
\* motorcycles, trailers and golf carts are not allowed on premises.
